Returns are only accepted with complete original packaging intact.  We offer a 30 day return policy for a full refund. The refund will be issued after the item is returned to Rush, NY and the tool is inspected. The 30 day period begins after BNT has been informed that the product is being returned. After the 30 day period a partial refund of 70% can be issued upon proper return of the tool.
